Life Hands You Lemons Don’t Quit Move Forwards — Day 12

Day off today, the long days have their disadvantages with bone-deep exhaustion; however, the three day weekends are really something to look forward too very much. Today was a bit of a mixed day, one of my kids after school locked the keys in the car by accident while I was talking to a teacher and took an hour to retrieve them. I managed to get around it with a thin metal pole and a blood pressure cuff fro the school’s science lab, but it still took a stupid amount of time from my day.

warning, caution, disclaimer

I also had a pastry roll with ham, cheese and some sort of source as forget lunch and got caught out today from my planned meal. In all honesty, compares to what I have been eating it tasted like junk and I regretted the choice immediately (would have preferred a juicy cheeseburger). However, the lesson was well taken as it re-enforced my new belief system in planning things properly.

Not sure but think could see the party roll on my hips. I however have today introduced some basic sprints so hopefully burnt of the junk food.

Feeling comfortable with my progress but also realize this is going to be a long road, and one I need to embrace for whole life wellness.

Once upon a time I never seemed to have to work hard to stay fit, but that fairy tale is over, now each day is about maximizing the output and achievement. Through the work rate and exercise things that before I don’t think I notice are starting to come into the present (and not only my sore hips, knees, back and shoulders.).

Daily Planner of Geo Life Accountability Day 12

Day 12 overall has gone well, with little hiccups, however, I have been able to work more on my blog, and also really enjoying writing my script for the upcoming motivational speech I want to give. It’s obvious now as each day passes, each hour is made up of countless choices, and when we add up all these little choices then that gives us the outcome. I am so happy I have started to account for my day, and really look forward to seeing how this programme of change pans out over the coming weeks and months.

Daily Exercise Planner Day 12 Geo Life Year of Change

Day 12 really big day in the Year of Change, has introduced some High-intensity interval training after reading good things and will graduate the approach here. The sprints were brutal but not in a bad way.

Quote of the Day

Define for me now what the “indifferents” are. Whatever things we cannot control. Tell me the upshot. They are nothing to me.

Day 12 of the Year of Change Wrap Up

Life just throws shit at you all the time; that just seems like the way it is. Thus if life keeps throwing shit that’s out of my control, then I need to roll back and look at what I can control. It’s obvious to me now that reacting constructively and focusing on solutions makes everything easier and simpler. Rather than getting pissed off about stuff that happened, accepting that become the past, and what you do about it now is the only thing that matters is super helpful and causes less feeling of anger, rage and anxiousness.
